Each user may hold only an account at 76com. Only one account is permitted per CPF, per email address, per mobile number, and per primary device. Attempting to create multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent suspensions is considered a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of bonus balances.

Withdrawals at 76com are processed exclusively via Pix to a key registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted, regardless of any family or personal relationship with the user.
Daily withdrawal limits vary according to your VIP Program level:
Withdrawal processing times via Pix are up to 3 minutes for Diamond members and up to 30 minutes for all other users, under normal operating conditions. In cases requiring additional verification by the compliance team, the timeframe may be extended to up to 24 business hours, and the user will be notified.
Only the main balance (deposits and duly settled winnings) is available for immediate withdrawal. Bonus balance is subject to rollover requirements before it can be converted into withdrawable funds.
VIP Cashback with no rollover: The VIP Program cashback at 76com is credited directly to the available balance every Monday, with no rollover requirement. It can be withdrawn the same day with no additional restrictions.
Betting on 76com cover more than 30 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant, Free Fire, Dota 2), basketball (NBB, NBA), volleyball, and MMA/UFC.
Bet confirmation: A bet is considered valid and final from the moment the user confirms their selection and the system returns a confirmation message with the bet code. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation, except where cash out is available.
Postponed events: If a Brasileirão match or any other competition event is postponed before kick-off, all pre-match bets are cancelled and the amount is returned to the balance. If the event is rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, the bet may be kept with the new date — the user will be notified and will have the option to cancel before the rescheduled start.
Interrupted events: If a match is suspended after it has started and is not completed within 48 hours, bets will be settled based on the result at the time of suspension, provided the competition's rules allow for it. In cases where the competition's rules do not permit partial settlement, bets will be cancelled and the amount returned.
Odds errors: If an odd is published with a clear error (for example, an odd of 100.00 for an unlikely outcome), the 76com reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the incorrect odds, returning the staked amount to the user's balance. This right is exercised only in cases of confirmed technical error, which will be documented and communicated to the user.
Minimum bet: R$ 2.00 per selection. The maximum bet per market is variable and shown on the confirmation screen before finalizing. Combo bets accept up to 20 selections per slip.
Cash out: Cash out is available on selected bets, both pre-match and live. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower than the original stake. 76com may temporarily disable cash out during periods of high market volatility.
The casino games available at 76com include slots, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and other titles provided by licensed suppliers audited by independent entities.
All casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of the live casino, real dealers streamed in real time. The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is available in the game information. 76com does not manipulate results and has no access to modify the providers' algorithms.
The minimum bet amount for casino games is set by each individual game and displayed in the interface before the round begins. The maximum bet per round is also shown in the game and may vary based on the user's VIP tier for certain titles.
In the event of a technical failure during a casino round — such as a connection drop, game freeze, or server error — 76com uses server logs to determine the outcome of the round. If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet is voided and the amount returned to your balance. The 76com offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and other seasonal promotions. Each promotion has specific conditions published on the offer page, including the bonus amount, activation deadline, rollover requirement, and eligible markets.
Rollover: Rollover indicates how many times the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus, as specified in the promotion) must be wagered before the bonus balance converts into funds available for withdrawal. For example, a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover requires R$ 500.00 in qualifying bets before it can be withdrawn.
Markets eligible for rollover: As a general rule, bets with odds of 1.50 or higher in Sports Betting and e-sports markets count toward the rollover. Casino bets contribute to the rollover at the percentage specified in each promotion (typically, 10%–20% of the amount wagered on slots counts as 100% of the rollover for sports bonuses).
Usage period: Bonuses have an expiry date indicated in the offer, generally between 7 and 30 days. After that period, unused or unconverted bonus balances are automatically cancelled with no further notice.
Bonus cancellation conditions: 76com may cancel bonuses and withhold bonus balances in the following cases: creating a duplicate account to claim a bonus more than once, providing false information during registration, bonus abuse (betting on opposing sides to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome), identified collusion, or any form of manipulation of the bonus system.
Exception — VIP Cashback: The weekly cashback of the VIP Program at 76com not is subject to rollover and has no expiration date. It is credited directly to the available balance every Monday and can be withdrawn immediately via Pix.
The 76com VIP Program 76com is automatic — every account is enrolled from the moment of registration, with no separate opt-in required. VIP level is calculated based on total settled bet volume within the calendar month (from the 1st to the last day of the month) and automatically reviewed on the first day of the following month.
Cancelled bets, bets on postponed events with no rescheduled date, and bets with full cash out do not count toward the VIP volume calculation. Partial cash out counts proportionally to the percentage kept in the original bet.
Cashback is calculated on net losses for the week (Monday to Sunday) and credited every Monday before 12:00 PM. The cashback percentage by level is: Bronze 5%, Silver 8%, Gold 12%, and Diamond 15%. Weeks with a net positive result (more winnings than losses) do not generate cashback.
76com reserves the right to modify the VIP Program parameters with 30 days' prior notice by email to active members. Changes that benefit users may take effect immediately.
By using the 76com, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:
76com continuously monitors for suspicious activity. Detection of any of the behaviors described above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and notification to the relevant authorities in accordance with legal obligations.
You are solely responsible for keeping your 76com account password safe and confidential. 76com. We strongly recommend using a unique password (not used on any other service) with at least 10 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended. Once enabled, 2FA requires confirmation via an authenticator app or SMS for every login and for all financial transactions.

76com will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you receive any communication requesting your password or authentication code, disregard it and report it to official support immediately.
Voluntary closure: You can close your account at any time by contacting 76com. Prior to closure, withdrawals of available balance are processed as normal. Unconverted bonus balances are cancelled upon voluntary closure.
Closure for violation: 76com may close or suspend the account of any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases (fraud, money laundering, use of bots). In less serious cases, the user will receive an email notice with a deadline to resolve the issue before closure.
Reactivation: Voluntarily closed accounts may be reactivated upon request to support, provided there are no outstanding compliance issues or recorded violations. Accounts closed due to serious violations will not be reactivated.
Balance retention: In cases of account closure due to suspected fraud or money laundering, the account balance may be held during the investigation period, with notice given to the user. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be cancelled in accordance with the determination of the relevant authorities.

In the event of technical instability during live betting, 76com may temporarily suspend markets to protect the integrity of results. Bets placed during a confirmed period of technical instability may be voided and stakes refunded.
76com's total liability for any user claim is limited to the user's account balance at the time of the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or moral damages arising from use of the platform.
The 76com may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email at least 15 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the relationship between the user and the 76com, the courts of the city of São Paulo — SP shall have exclusive jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Portuguese version of these Terms and any translation into another language, the Brazilian Portuguese version shall prevail.
